Our customers have achieved positions as industry thought-leaders in part through capitalizing on the significant benefits gained through collaboration with each other. That's why we created the SupportSoft User Group - an organization for our customers -- and run by our customers, themselves.
The User Group program provides its members with an opportunity to share best practices and exchange innovative ideas. This interaction goes beyond use of SupportSoft products and often expands into best practices, service strategies, marketing ideas, training, end-user education, and metrics for success.
We want participants to get the most out of their shared experiences with support automation solutions. That's why the SupportSoft User Group holds meetings quarterly, either via conference call or on location, with the agenda decided upon and led by the participating members - SupportSoft customers.
